Friday:
Misha did some weeding for me, very messily. I pointed the hose spray at the weeds inbetween the blocks of the sidewalk around my garage. I knew she sometimes pulls at the grass when I let the hose linger too long in one spot on the lawn. I think she likes grabbing the grass because it's tangible, unlike the water stream, which doesn't give her a feeling of grabbing it. So Misha snatched at the weeds under the hose water, and pulled hard, and throttled! And threw the weeds aside and pulled more out, provided I had the hose spraying them. And she throttled! Making sure the weeds were dead... or making sure she splattered the mud EVERYWHERE! Really! Every throttle sprayed mud all over the garage and me. So I don't think I will have Misha do weeding anymore. Maybe that was her plan from the start. Lazy butt.

Saturday:
I took Misha to the river park that used to be a landfill. It smells even worse than in the summer. Misha doesn't seem to mind. We went up on the hill off the leash, shhhhhh! The grass had been mown from last time, and was only about 6 inches tall. Misha still loped/galloped along. Maybe she doesn't like the feeling of grass rubbing her belly while walking normally. But she had fun. She looked pretty happy being free and going where she wanted. Some grasshoppers would fly out when she disturbed them, and Misha would get startled. She tried catching them, but was too slow or caught off guard. Her toungue was flapping pretty wildly by the time we left. Hot hot. There was, of course, some good writhing spots.

Sunday:
Back to the landfill park. We were only there maybe 20 minutes this time. Misha didn't seem as happy as before, plus it was hotter today. No writhing either. There is a dog park there! But no dogs. It is all grassy and fenced in, with 2 small holding areas at the entrance, and a couple of benches. Very good set up. But no shade at all.
